World Non-Olympic Federation (WNOF)
Chapter I –
Name, Legal Form and Seat Article 1 – Name and Legal Form The Organization shall be called World Non-Olympic Federation (WNOF)
The WNOF is a non-profit, non-governmental, international Organization under Swiss Law (Swiss Civil Code, Articles 60–79). The Federation is independent of political, religious, or commercial influence. Article 2 – Seat and Legal Domicile The seat of the Federation is in Lausanne, Switzerland (or another city in Switzerland as decided by the General Assembly). The Federation may establish offices elsewhere in Switzerland or abroad.
