Amendment Title: Official Recognition of the Founder and Founding Vision

Article 3 — Founder and Founding Authority

The founder of the World System of Sports, Science and Philosophy (WSSSP) is hereby identified in the institutional Constitution and all related official documents as:

Philosopher Super Grand Master King Mohammadullah Omar Iman Dost

He shall be identified as the Founder of the World System of Sports, Science and Philosophy.

The institution shall recognize the founder’s declared vision of establishing a comprehensive international system integrating sports, science, philosophy, physical education, intellectual development, academic instruction and ethical principles.

The founding vision emphasizes the harmonious cultivation of the human body, mind, intellect and character through scientific inquiry, philosophical reflection, disciplined physical activity and educational development.

The WSSSP shall seek to advance this vision through international seminars, academic programs, scientific research, philosophical discussions, structured examinations, educational publications and cooperation among participants and institutions across different countries.

Article 3.1 — Official Founder Designation

The following designation shall be used consistently in the Constitution, founding declarations, institutional publications, authorized correspondence, seminar programs and other official WSSSP documents:

Philosopher Super Grand Master King Mohammadullah Omar Iman Dost — Founder of the World System of Sports, Science and Philosophy.

Article 3.2 — Preservation of Founding Identity

The institution shall maintain an official record of its founding history, constitutional documents, declared objectives and authorized institutional decisions.

The founder’s name and designation shall be reproduced accurately in official records. Any future amendment concerning the founder’s designation or founding history shall be documented and approved through the institution’s applicable constitutional procedures.

Article 3.3 — Application Throughout the Constitution

This amendment shall apply throughout the institutional Constitution and its associated annexes, including:

1. The Preamble and Founding Declaration.
2. The institutional identity and mission.
3. The Founder and Founding Office.
4. The International Supreme Council and Executive Council.
5. The Academic and Scientific Council.
6. International committees and national representation.
7. Seminar and conference documentation.
8. Educational program regulations.
9. Examination and certification documents.
10. Official institutional publications and historical records.

All previous references to a different founder’s name in the draft Constitution shall be replaced with the official designation stated in this amendment.

Article 3.4 — Adoption and Effective Date

This amendment shall become an official part of the WSSSP Constitution upon approval by the competent founding or governing authority, with the approval date recorded in the institutional archive.
